## The relative risk of cardiovascular disease ##
Cardio Balance is an all-natural formula designed to act on the root cause of high blood pressure and fatal cardiovascular diseases and strokes. It's a zero-risk range for men and women of all ages. The natural ingredients-rich nutrient profile helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and boost blood circulation function, digestive system, and overall health.
Protect your heart – reduce your risk!
You know, how high is your relative risk for cardiovascular disease?
Each of us has a specific reason for the risk of getting a heart or circulatory disease. However, various factors can increase this risk significantly – or lower.
What is the meaning of relative risk?
The relative risk compares your personal risk with the average risk in the population. If your relative risk is 1.5, you are 50% more prone to heart problems than average. 0.8, however, you are even more protected than most people.
What are the factors that influence their relative risk?
Lack of exercise increases the risk significantly.
Unhealthy diet loaded your heart and blood vessels.
Smoking harms your cardiovascular system in the long term.
Stress can make blood pressure rise.
Obesity is a burden for the heart.
Good news: Many of these factors influence!
So you can reduce the relative risk:
Regular physical activity (at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week).
A balanced diet with lots of fruit, vegetables and fibre.
Waiver of tobacco products.
Stress management relaxation techniques or Hobbies.
Regular health check-UPS at the doctor.
Take the first step today!
Let your individual risk profile at the house doctor to determine. A simple Test shows your blood pressure, cholesterol, and other important parameters.
Your heart will thank you – today and in the future.
Talk with your doctor about your relative risk and develop a tailored plan of Prevention.
> Cardio Balance helps reduce blood fat levels by reducing the production of cholesterol and triglycerides in the body and improving the transportation of fats in the bloodstream.

Cardio Balance is formulated and made after years of rigorous research and clinical study of the ingredients. The unique combination of each ingredient brings out optimal effectiveness in supporting heart and blood pressure. <a href="http://visionracer.ru/userfiles/6097-scale-calculator-quickly-cardiovascular-diseases.xml">Presyong pang-promosyon</a>
Cardiovascular disease: The leading cause of death worldwide
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in most countries of the world. According to the latest data from the world health organization (WHO) are you for almost a third of all deaths worldwide — the equivalent of a year, approximately 17.9 million deaths.
Among the most important cardiovascular diseases:
coronary heart disease (CHD),
Heart attack
Stroke,
Heart failure,
arterial hypertension,
peripheral arterial occlusive disease.
A number of risk factors favoring the Occurrence of these diseases. Among the modifiable risk factors:
Smoking
unhealthy diet (high fat, salt and sugar consumption),
lack of physical activity,
Overweight and obesity,
increased blood pressure,
elevated blood fat levels (dyslipidemia),
Diabetes mellitus.
Non-modifiable risk factors include age, gender (men are at the age of 65. Age at greater risk) and a family history of early cardiovascular events.
The pathogenesis of CVD is complex and often includes the development of atherosclerosis — the calcification and narrowing of the arteries. This process can take place over decades, the gradual and ultimately leads to a reduced blood supply to the heart muscle, brain, or other organs. A sudden closure of a blood vessel due to a blood clot (Thrombus) can lead to a heart attack or stroke.
Prevention is a key approach in the fight against cardiovascular diseases. A combination of a healthy way of life (well-balanced diet, regular physical activity, avoiding Smoking and excessive alcohol consumption), as well as the regular monitoring and, if necessary, drug treatment of risk factors such as hypertension and Diabetes, and can reduce the individual's risk significantly.
Early detection through regular health examinations (e.g., blood pressure measurement, blood tests to determine cholesterol levels) enables timely Intervention can prevent the progression of CVD or slow down. In addition, public health programs aimed at healthier living conditions (e.g., reduction of TRANS fats in foods, and the promotion of pedestrian and Cycling), have an important role in primary prevention.
In summary, we conclude that cardiovascular disease, despite advances in diagnosis and therapy continues to be a serious challenge for the health system. A comprehensive strategy combining individual prevention measures with social measures, is needed to reduce the burden of these diseases in a sustainable way.
## Hypertensive heart disease cardiovascular disease ##
Hypertensive heart disease as part of the cardiovascular diseases
The hypertensive heart disease (also hypertensives heart called) represents an important subgroup of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and is associated directly with the essential hypertension. This disease develops due to a persistently elevated blood pressure that causes a chronic Overload of the heart muscle.
Pathophysiology
The Central mechanism of the hypertensive heart disease, left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) is. Because of the increased peripheral resistance the left ventricle must work harder to pump the blood into the General circulation. This leads to a thickening of the wall of the left ventricle (ventricular wall thickness>1.1 cm in the echocardiogram). First of all, this adaptation acts as a compensatory mechanism, in the long term, however, it reduces the elastic capacity of the heart and leads to diastolic dysfunction.
Further pathophysiological changes include:
Fibrosis of the myocardium;
Vascular Lesions (Atherosclerosis);
Disorders of the coronary circulation;
possible Dilatation of the left atrium as a consequence of diastolic dysfunction.
Risk factors
Among the main risk factors for the development of hypertensive heart disease:
persistent blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg;
family history;
Age (particularly over 55 years in men and 65 years in women);
Overweight and obesity;
unhealthy lifestyle (lack of physical activity, high salt intake, alcohol, and nicotine);
Diabetes mellitus;
Dyslipidemia.
Clinical Symptoms
In the early stages of hypertensive heart disease is often asymptomatic. With the Progression of the disease, the following symptoms may occur:
Exertional dyspnoea (shortness of breath during physical exertion);
Fatigue (Fatigue);
Angina pectoris (chest pain);
Cardiac arrhythmias (e.g., atrial fibrillation);
in advanced cases, signs of congestive heart failure (Edema of the lower extremities, hepatomegaly).
Diagnostics
The diagnosis includes a combination of different methods:
Blood pressure measurement (the best 24‑hour blood pressure monitoring);
Echocardiography (evidence of LVH, assessment of systolic and diastolic function);
Electrocardiogram (signs of LVH: high QRS amplitude in the precordial leads);
Laboratory Tests (Kidney Function, Lipid Spectrum Of Blood Sugar);
if necessary, stress testing or coronary angiography for suspected coronary heart disease.
Therapy
The main goal of the therapy is the reduction of blood pressure to below 140/90 mmHg (in diabetic patients under 130/80 mmHg) and the prevention of complications.
Drug Therapy Options:
ACE inhibitors (eg, Enalapril) or AT1‑receptor blockers (e.g., Losartan), show a particularly favorable effect on the Regression of LVH;
Beta-blockers (e.g., Metoprolol), while heart failure or rhythm disturbances;
Calcium channel blockers (e.g. amlodipine), especially in elderly patients;
Diuretics (such as hydrochlorothiazide) to the volume reduction.
Non-Pharmacological Measures:
Weight reduction;
Reduction of salt intake (<5 g/day);
regular physical activity (at least 150 minutes of moderate load per week);
Waiver of Smoking and reduction of alcohol consumption;
Stress management.
Forecast
With adequate blood pressure control and lifestyle changes, the prognosis can be significantly improved. Without therapy, hypertensive heart disease, however, leads to an increased risk for heart failure, heart attack, stroke, and sudden cardiac death.

## Gymnastics for high blood pressure to complete у ##
Gymnastics as a non‑pharmacological intervention to reduce blood pressure: A comprehensive analysis
Introduction
High blood pressure (arterial hypertension) is one of the most common chronic diseases in the world and is regarded as a major risk factor for cardiovascular events such as heart attack and stroke. According to the WHO, approximately 1.28 billion adults do not suffer in the age from 30 to 79 years of hypertension, with a large number of Affected and treated the disease adequately.
In addition to pharmacological therapies pharmacological interventions play a Central role in the prevention and treatment of hypertension. In particular, regular counts of physical activity, including targeted Gymnastics.
The aim of this work is to study the influence of systematic exercise on blood pressure in patients with arterial hypertension in a comprehensive and scientific Evidence to substantiate.
Methods
There is a systematic literature review was conducted in the databases PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar. Were included randomised controlled trials (RCTs), meta-analyses and prospective cohort studies that examined the effect of physical exercise, especially exercise on systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
Results
Several studies show that regular, moderate physical activity can lower blood pressure significantly. In particular, the following forms of Gymnastics have been identified as effective:
Aerobic Exercises (such as walking, Cycling, Swimming): will Lead to a reduction of the systolic blood pressure by 5-7 mmHg and diastolic by 3-5 mmHg.
Strength training (moderate weight training): you Can, in addition, improve the elasticity of the vessels and the rest stabilize blood pressure.
Relaxation-oriented Exercises (Yoga, Tai Chi): Effect on the reduction of stress hormones (e.g., Cortisol) and lead to a long-term reduction in blood pressure.
Breathing exercises: breathing techniques (for example, slow, deep Breathing) can help lower blood pressure within a few minutes, 5-10 mmHg.
A meta-analysis of 2022 (N = 1 in 500 patients) confirmed that a Training of at least 150 minutes is associated with moderate activity per week, with a significant decrease in blood pressure (p<0,01).
Mechanisms of action
The following physiological mechanisms to explain the blood pressure lowering effect of Gymnastics:
Improvement of endothelial function: Increased production of nitric oxide (NO) leads to vasodilation.
Reduction of the sympatheticus‑tone: Regular exercise reduces the activity of the sympathetic nervous system.
Weight reduction: removal of subcutaneous adipose tissue reduces the load on the cardiovascular System.
Stress relief: relaxation exercises to reduce the concentration of stress hormones.
Optimization of renal function: Improved fluid and electrolyte balance.
Recommendations for practice
On the Basis of the present evidence, the following guidelines for patients are recommended with high blood pressure:
At least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week (e.g., fast walking, Aqua aerobics).
2-3 units of strength training per week for 20-30 minutes (light Weights, high reps).
Regular breathing and relaxation exercises (10-15 minutes daily).
Waiver of intense or explosive loads, in particular in the event of uncontrolled hypertension.
Prior to beginning a training program medical evaluation is required.
Conclusion
Gymnastics is an effective, cost-effective and safe method of lowering blood pressure. It can be used as an important component of the non‑drug therapy for arterial hypertension and contributes to the reduction of cardiovascular risks. An individually tailored and regular exercise routine and therefore should be integrated in the long-term treatment of patients with hypertension.
